Just stumbled upon this Bloomberg article via LinkedIn

Basically seems like Millenials are pickier. A lot of them got stuck in so so jobs and then lost these during the crisis. And a lot of them like Nathan are now trying to upgrade their perspectives in college and elsewhere.
Worrisome though as they may really enter the market at 30 years of age or older and wind up having a tough time getting the job they finally have the education for. Then again if a large part of their counterparts do the same they will not be alone out there and may be setting a trend. Only the future will tell.
